Bobble of the Day “Brett Favre” Exclusive Ring Base Bobblehead

Bobble the Day

Player: Brett Favre

Team: Green Bay Packers

Year: 2017

Manufacturer: Forever Collectibles

Fucking Favre man. What can’t this guy do? When he’s not doing Wrangler commercials or slinging 70 yard passes at his old high school football field, he’s being remembered as one of the great Quarterbacks to ever play the game. Another super detailed bobble from Clark Toys and this is a no brainer “Must Have” in your collection.

Just like the Aikman bobble, Favre is standing in his 1996 Super Bowl Championship Ring Base bobble. It’s splattered with replica diamonds and has the Green Bay logo sitting front and center. Favre’s famous celebration pose as he’s running with his fair flopping all over the place screaming in joy and his holding his helmet. Clark’s added some life like facial scruff as this exclusive comes damn near close to resembling Favre back in 96.

Sniper Rating: If you can find me another Favre bobble that looks as good as this one then be my guest. It’s built like a brick shithouse and sits comfortably at almost 9 inches tall. Given the detail, the superstar he was and the fact that Packer Nation will jump all over this, it’s a 100% must add to display during football Sunday’s. Clark’s once again knocked it out the park and Mr. Favre scores a 9.5.

Bobble of the Day “Jesse James” Penn State/Steelers SGA Bobblehead

Bobble of the Day

Player: Jesse James

Team: Penn State/Pittsburg Steelers

Year: 2017

Manufacturer: Unknown

So the tight end for the Steelers is this dude named Jesse James. Most people think of the name Jesse James and think of the American outlaw, bank and train robber, but no. This Jesse James was the Penn State tight end who broke the school record with 11 career touchdowns as a TE. This was a SGA given out by State College Spikes which is a low minor league college.

The detail on this James one is incredible. The unknown manufacturer split his body in two different uniforms. Half Penn State and half Pittsburg Steelers. I love the Penn State all white helmet and white pants. And then you have the Steelers colors on the opposite side. James is a big ass dude and his stance is killer as he’s crossing the goal line with both arms flared open as he’s holding the football.

Sniper Rating: The feature I dig most on this bobble is the base. An all-green platform with white lined stripes that resemble a college end zone. All 4 orange pylon cones are very visible and stand out like crazy. Without a doubt this bobble is legit. Any bobble given away at a college game is a must have. Let alone the box is crazy flooded with colors, photos and stats is an added plus. Make no mistake, if you’re a college football or NFL fan and love the rugged big ass dudes who are Tight Ends, then this one is for you. A tough find on the open Ebay market, Jesse James’ duel college/NFL bobble scores a 9.0.

Bobble of the Day “Derek Jeter Day” Exclusive Bobblehead

Bobble of the Day

Player: Derek Jeter

New York Yankees

Year: 2017

Manufacturer: Forever Collectibles

So here comes the long line of soon to be Jeter bobbles to swarm out to the public considering he’ll be inducted into the Hall of Fame when first eligible. Clark’s came out with this exclusive  “Derek Jeter Day” bobble, to commemorate his special day being recognized by the Yankee Faithful.

Any new Jeter bobble is great but the fact that this is his “Derek Jeter Day” bobble makes it more special. Jeets is in his follow through hitting stance as he’s lining a ball to right center. He’s in his home “pinstripe” jersey and I love the fact that Clark’s put his ankle brace on as it’s a great feature.

The overall base is what makes this bobble special. I love the authentic “mahogany” color as this would look kick as on your desk at work. The Yankee Stadium flags that rise above the ballpark are engraved around the perimeter of the base. Also, on one side has Jeter’s number #2 engraved within the base, and on the other has the Yankees logo.

Now, to the cream of the crop feature on this exclusive. Directly on top of the base sits a Derek Jeter imprinted raised logo with a design of him tipping his hat to the crowd. Around the sides has the words, “Derek Jeter * Captain”. Clark’s did a superb job highlighting how important Derek Jeter Day was and Yankee fans need to appreciate this bobble.

Sniper Rating: For only $30.00 at clarktoys.com, you cannot go wrong adding the Yankee Captain bobble to your collection. You bring this to work and place it on your desk and I guarantee you people around the office will inquire about it. It’s sturdy, has excellent detail and the overall theme of the bobble scores a knockout 10.0 rating. Well done Clark Toys.

Bobble of the Day “Hanley Ramirez” Special Promo “Sprint”

Bobble of the Day

Player: Hanley Ramirez

Team: Boston Red Sox

Year: 2017

Manufacturer: Unknown

I always talk about the “hunt” of finding a certain bobblehead. This one classifies as a “Track Down” bobble. This Hanley was only given out at Sprint stores in Southern Massachusetts if you signed up for a mobile phone plan. I’m an ATT kind of guy and have been since I was 18 when I got my first flip phone. Anyway, I wouldn’t buy a contract ever through Sprint because all I’ve ever heard was they have shit service. That being said, I wonder why they are giving out Hanley Ramirez bobbleheads?? hmmmmmmm. Maybe need more customers?

So I have a good friend who scored me some and he hustled for them. This dude went to multiple stores and made up different names and shit. I don’t wanna ask to many questions as I was fortunate enough to have some in my possession. I think if you bought anything from the one of many Sprint stores you got a bobblehead as well, not just signing up for a contract.

Enough of the background talk, let’s get to the fucking bobble. I will say this is by far the best “look alike” face of ALL Hanley Ramirez bobbles. He’s got the chubby cheeks with his jaw line beard and go tee. If you notice, there’s no sign of any Red Sox logo or names anywhere! Not on the helmet or jersey, meaning the Red Sox did not approve this for licensing. His uniform is very blah with just a red jersey, white pants with a pinstripe and a navy blue helmet. That’s it. Although, our Sprint designers made him have the dreads hanging out of the back of the helmet and earrings in both ears!

Sniper Rating: The box is flooded with yellow and black colors representing Sprint obviously. His name and and statistics are on the back of the box which is a cool feature.

Overall, is this the best bobblehead ever? No. Is it plain? Yes. Is it a bitch to find? YES! And that’s why I love it. If you’re in the market for this one good luck finding it. As of now, I have not seen one on Ebay. I’m sure a few will surface eventually, but who knows what the price will be. The rarity of this bobble is epic and even know it’s not the most flashy bobblehead out there, it’s definitely a “track down” item for sure. Hanley and his mysterious “Sprint” promotional bobble scores a 9.5.

P.S. Thank you Sprint for handing out a bobblehead when know one will sign up for your shit service plans.

Bobble of the Day “Clayton Kershaw” Rancho Quakes Bobblehead

Bobble of the Day

Player: Clayton Kershaw

Team: Rancho Qucamongo Quakes

Year: 2017

Manufacturer: Promotional Adventures

Another beauty from the Rancho Quakes here Snipers. This years Quakes bobbleheads are my favorite by far. They seem to out due themselves year after year.

I love the color combinations on this Kershaw one with the shiny silver base and the teal lettering. Those two colors pop like a mother f’er and they stand out in any collection. Kershaw is once again in his follow through stance as he’s throwing a 95+mph heater on the black. I dig the raised teal letters on the circular base. His beard looks dope as hell but I wish the mouth looked a little more like him.

Sniper Rating: In addition to Kershaw’s name on the base being raised letters, his number on the jersey and “Quakes” logo are raised. The Quakes didn’t hold back the effort, as it’s one of my favorites. The box alone gave me a stiffy, as it’s flooded with photo’s and advertisements and has a glossy coating to it.

Again, I love this year’s version of Quakes bobbles and this Kershaw takes the cake.

A hands down must have in your collection as the best pitcher in the Big Leagues. a 10.0 for Mr. Kershaw.

Bobble of the Day “Tim Tebow” Columbia Fireflies SGA Bobblehead

Bobble of the Day

Player: Tim Tebow

Team: Columbia Fireflies

Year: 2017

Manufacturer: Promotional Adventures

It was only a matter of time when a Tim Tebow bobblehead surfaced since he started his baseball career. And now we have the Columbia Fireflies who jumped at the opportunity first. Tebow’s pro career as a baseball player started on April 6th with the Fireflies and he jacked a homer to left field in his first AB.

For a first time baseball bobble of Timmy, this one is a sharp as a knife. The Fireflies have Tebow in his homerun swing stance with a dope follow through. The base is very standard with light brown dirt on top and his name is in raised white letters against a green background.

Sniper Rating: I love the Fireflies colors as their lettering and numbers on the jersey are a neon yellow color. The reason chicks dig Tebow is the fact that he’s a ripped dude and he’s got the eye catching facial scruff on his face. The Fireflies killed it with his facial features as the 5 o’clock shadow is in full effect and it flat out just looks like Timmy. No wonder why all the girls wanna suck his dick. Well done by Promotional Adventures. Lastly, the box is unique as they get. There’s about 3 shades of blue mixed into every photo surrounding the box and has a feel-good glossy coating to it. Very good collector’s box for Timmy’s first ever baseball bobblehead.

Overall, this one is a no brainer that NEEDS to be in your collection as EVERYONE on planet earth knows Tebow. The guy is an absolute icon in many different ways besides playing sports and his Fireflies bobble scores a 10.0.
