Bobble of the Day “Von Miller” Special Edition Bobblehead

Bobble of the Day

Player: Von Miller

Team: Denver Broncos

Year: 2017

Manufacturer: Forever Collectibles

Boom! Here’s comes a brand new NFL exclusive and it’s Von Miller, who is arguably the best defensive player in the league!

Broncos fans will love this one as the bobble is gigantic! Miller sits at 12 inches tall and has a base that’s sturdier than a concrete wall. Von is in a winning pose as he’s holding his helmet as he runs off the field. The width of the base is close to one inch and has superb “white raised” letters against a navy blue backdrop.

The top of the base is flooded with detail as FOCO included the Rocky Mountains out in Denver, Colorado. The miniature mountains are ridiculously sturdy and add a shit ton of finesse to the top of the base.

Sniper Rating: The facial features are spot on and Von’s nerdy glasses are his signature look so you know it’s him. On the Fidget Spinner is Von’s glasses with the Rocky Mountains and the Broncos logo engraved within. A very smooth spin as the triple blades have a SOLID weight to them. And once again, FOCO included a huge box that displays Miller in a black and white photo on one side and Miller’s name and number on the other.

The bottom line is defensive players in the NFL don’t get the attention as offensive players do. This one is an exception Snipers. Bronco fan or not, you need this one. The amount of detail and the fact that it’s a foot tall, will look bad ass on your mantle for Sunday football. Head over to FOCO.com and make the purchase for $60.00. It’s a well worth investment and you’ll regret it when Miller retires as a top 5 defender to ever play in the NFL. This Special Edition bobble scores a stand up 10.0.

Bobble of the Day “Ivan Rodriguez” SGA Bobblehead

Bobble of the Day

Player: Ivan Rodriguez

Team: Florida Marlins

Year: 2017

Manufacturer: BD&A

So the year Pudge gets inducted into the Hall of Fame, many teams gave out Pudge bobbleheads and rightfully so and the Marlins jumped in. This one is kick ass in terms of the meaning behind it.

Pudge is in the famous pose when he held on to the ball after getting pile driven to the ground from close play at the plate. As you can see from the video below, Pudge got the shit knocked out of him but still held on to the ball.

The base is square and has the home plate on top which is an obvious move. Pudge is in his catchers gear and the most important thing, is he’s showing the ball he caught after getting run into. It’s a powerful play and a huge moment in Marlins history.

Sniper Rating: The box adds that much more likability to the bobblehead as it includes photo’s of Pudge and Marlin colors all over each side of the box. A sure fire bobble to score for your collection as Pudge is now a member of the Hall of Fame and this item belongs in your cabinet. Pudge scores a solid 8.0.

Bobble of the Day “Russell Westbrook” Special Edition Bobblehead

Bobble of the Day

Player: Russell Westbrook

Team: Oklahoma City Thunder

Year: 2017

Manufacturer: Forever Collectibles

So here is our first “Special Edition” NBA bobble from FOCO and it’s a beauty. You all know the numbers Russell Westbrook put up last year with the triple-doubles and I’m glad FOCO highlighted him for their first NBA exclusive.

The entire bobblehead is flooded with detail as Russ is coming at you dunking the ball in your grill. Westbrook is literally jumping out of wooden stalks as the superb athlete that he is. His face demonstrates him screaming in joy as he often does on the court when he makes a phenomenal play. The base has a rubbery look to it and it’s very bright. The backing of the bobble displays the OKC logo in a “Thunder” cracking emblem. Very unique feature to say the least.

Sniper Rating: Again, FOCO provided us collector’s another Fidget Spinner and it’s killer. It’s a mixture of a circular and triangle spinner with the words “Oklahoma City and Thunder” engraved all over the place. I’ve never seen a spinner of this magnitude as the feel is incredible. Lastly, the box is another dynamite feature as FOCO put a legit black and white photo of Russ on one side and the OKC logo on the other. Overall, the bobblehead itself is 12 inches tall and the detail is spot on. You can even see the pristine cuts in Westbrook’s biceps and shoulders! I don’t need to tell you that this belongs in your display case. Now that Russell has some help this year with the addition of Paul George, the sky’s the limit to where OKC can go. You can bet Russ will put up very similar numbers as last year. This Special Edition Westbrook bobble scores a 9.5 without hesitation. Score this one Snipers as it’s for sale on FOCO.com

Bobble of the Day “Mr. Met” Special Edition Bobblehead

Bobble of the Day

Mascot: Mr. Met

Team: New York Mets

Year: 2107

Manufacturer: Forever Collectibles

Just like the Syndergaard and Cespedes, the Mets team store finally came out with a Mr. Met. Christ, Mr. Met is the only one on the team performing these days.

This is definitely in my top 5 Mr. Met bobbles I have in my collection. The base is so New York with the famous Mets apple. Along with the base shaped like an apple, there’s a nice back trim around the perimeter with raised white letters. The letters stand out that “much” more being white.

Mr. Met is just standing there celebrating a rare Mets win. He’s rocking the blue jersey which I dig.

Sniper Rating: This team store exclusive is very limited in quality, so if your a diehard Mets fan, sneak over to the team store and scoop one up. If not, your gonna pay big bucks for it on Ebay eventually. My biggest gripe is the price as it’s a little over $50.00 after taxes. Team stores always jack up prices and have no loyalty to fans. The last time I was at Citi Field, they had a good number of these avaliable and I wonder why. Stop price gouging to your fans who pay good money to see a shit team play!

Anywho, when you get your mitts on this one, you won’t be disappointed.

Mr. Met exclusive receives a 9.5.

Bobble of the Day “Odell Beckham Jr.” Exclusive bobblehead

Bobble of the Day

Player: Odell Beckham Jr.

Team: New York Giants

Year: 2017

Manufacturer: Forever Collectibles

Looking for a top-5 Fantasy Football pick this year? Look no further than Odell Beckham and his wide array of abilities. Is he emotional? Yes. Does he create drama on and off the field? Yes. Is he the most exciting player to watch in the NFL? YES! I don’t care about behavior as any team would love to have a player of his caliber.

So, FOCO came out with a brand new “Exclusive Edition” bobble and ODB is highlighted here. I love how FOCO used a NYG mini football helmet as the base of this bobble. With Beckham making his famous “The Catch” pose, it makes the bobblehead over 12 inches tall! The helmet is of course Giants Blue and has ODB’s name in white raised letters on the front of the base. The GMEN logo and New York City skyscrapers are positioned perfectly against the helmet. His bleached hair and facial scruff are spot on and also goes well with his all-white gloves, ready to catch a poor pass from Eli.

Sniper Rating: Given the amount of detail on this Exclusive Bobble, FOCO provided it’s collector’s with a sick Fidget Spinner. On each side of the 3 blades, Odell is making his spectacular catch and the NY Giants logo and his number #13 are on on each ball bearing. The box once again is insane as on one side is ODB’s number 13 and on the other has a black and white photo of the star player. For $60.00 you can’t go wrong. This is an ultimate collectible not only for GMEN fans but NFL fans around the world. Celebrate Odell on your fireplace mantle on Sunday’s when the guys come over to throw down some cold beers. Putting all the dramatics aside with Odell, this “Special Edition” bobble scores a 9.0.

Bobble of the Day “Kenley Jansen”

Bobble of the Day

Player: Kenley Jansen

Team: Los Angeles Dodgers

Year: 2017

Manufacturer: BD&A

You Dodgers fans won’t like this but I don’t know shit about this guy. I rarely watch Dodger games but I did see Kenley throw in this year’s All-Star game. According to his stats, he’s hands down the best closer in baseball. I posted a pic on Instagram with Craig Kimbrel and Jansen next to each other and I claimed Kimbrel is better. I take that back. Kimbrel, recently has has his fair shares of ups and downs and this dude Jansen continues to be lights out for the Dodger faithful.

On to the bobble it self. A lot of West Coast Snipers have not said the nicest things about Dodger bobbles this season as they claim the quality is down a bit. I agree, but not on this one. I think the Dodgers did a good job with their closer on this one. Jansen is in his typical stance ready to chuck a seed to the dish. The base resembles a pitchers mound and the white raised letters against the blue trim look sharp. His cleats looks fresh as fuck and I love how the manufacturer has his fingers separated on the baseball. It gives it a much more “authentic” look. I guess it looks like Kenley with the chin strap beard and all of the numbers and letters are raised on his jersey front and back.

Sniper Rating: I’m not a 100% sure what color glove he uses in games but if it’s a light brownish/orange looking color then this glove on the bobble is accurate as hell. The box is all black with shades of dark and light blue streaking throughout. Killer box if you ask me. So, this is a no brainer for Dodger fans to have in your collection as I wouldn’t have personally bought it as it was gifted to me. I like it. It’s cool and I’ll display it with the rest of my Dodger SGA’s. After all, what’s not to like having a bobble of the best closer in the game? Kenley Jansen’s SGA bobble directly from Dodgers Stadium scores a 9.0.
