Motivational Tuesday

Give me 100% and I will give you 200% in return. Give me 99% and I will give you nothing. Never accept less than what you deserve.

The time I put forth is time I cherish. I can be doing other things but I choose to provide value and content on a daily basis. If I receive anything less then I deserve, I will give nothing. You should all apply this towards your every day lives, if you know as a person, that you give people YOUR ALL.

Motivational Friday

If you haven’t encountered striking out in anything in life thus far, then YOU better buckle up because you will. It happens to all of us. It just happened to Aaron Judge in the ALDS. He struck out a million times and luckily for him, his team still won while he was striking out.

Now, what in the world do you think he’s gonna do? You think he’ll fold and crawl into a cave when they travel to Houston? Fuck no! He’s going to keep his head high, make adjustments and go get it! This should be a lesson for all of you. Never give up even when you fail. You have to brush that shit off and put it in your back pocket. Move forward and continue on the path to success.

Motivational Wednesday

Look back and someone will always pass you.

There’s no point of dwelling on the past. Your mistakes, your failures whatever it is, never look back. By doing so, you impede your ability to move forward and it will ultimately defeat you. By looking back there will be more and more people chasing you and will eventually pass you. You don’t want to be a forgotten figure. Always look forward and forget the past.

Motivational Tuesday

Kindness is not debatable.

In order to become successful, make kindness the foundation of your efforts. The ultimate payoff in business and in life is enormous. Winners use positivity to shine while the losers use negativity and they are the one’s who will always LOSE!

Motivational Friday

I’ve felt this way for a long time now. I’m sure all of you have encountered people who talk all this shit and think they walk on water when they’ve done absolutely nothing. Take Matt Harvey for example. In his first two years he was the man. The KING of New York. But, what did he accomplish? Starting the All-Star game at Citi Field? Coming out for the 9th inning when he pitched that great game? He was awesome, but he’s gotta prove it longer. He was and still is making the league minimum at $550,00k. He got cocky. He show boated. People started hating him. He ran his mouth when he shouldn’t have. Then injury upon injury occurred. Now he goes silent like he’s hiding out avoiding people.

Lesson to be learned here Snipers. You gotta make it first then you can talk your shit. Just think about that co-worker who runs his or her mouth and has done nothing positive for the company in 8 years. That person is not entitled to talk shit. When you “MAKE” it, then you can run your mouth if desired.

Motivational Thursday

When things are going good, you gotta know when to drop the hammer. Push the petal to the metal. Strike when the iron is hot. If your company is doing well never ever settle. Pound it and keep going with new ideas and new forms how to create wealth. Being stagnant will only make people get complacent and stop buying your product. Always push more and more and more as other competitors will catch up and bury you. When shit is going well for you DROP THE HAMMER!
