It’s finally Opening Day and what better way to celebrate than adding your favorite team’s mascot to your collection?!?!?!

Just this morning, our friends at FOCO have unveiled a new line of Opening Day mascot bobbleheads and they are sure to catch any collector’s attention. Every team that has a mascot, FOCO has created a 2 inch thick Opening Day base with a replica bat and ball on the bottom. Each mascot is holding a bag of peanuts and a replica box of Cracker Jacks. In addition, FOCO has added a sound chip that plays, “Take Me Out To The Ball Game” to make you feel that you’re at the game live!

FOCO Salutes Antoine Winfield Jr’s Famous Play With An Exclusive Bobblehead

By now, you’ve seen safety Antoine Winfield Jr.’s infamous peace sign he gave to Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill during Super Bowl LV. It was a heat-of-the-moment gesture as Winfield came up with a crucial pass breakup and wanted to playfully remind Hill of his actions the last time the two teams met in Week 12. Hill had, after backflipping into the end zone in front of Winfield, given him a peace sign, which had come to be one of Hill’s signature celebrations. The referee threw a flag for unsportsmanlike conduct at the time and the NFL subsequently fined Winfield $7,815 for the gesture. Today, our good friends over at FOCO took notice of that play and manufactured a unique bobblehead for us collectors. 

Winfield is standing in his pose after making that huge play against Hill. The backdrop displays the Tampa Bay Buccaneers flag with logo the logo front and center. What’s a Super Bowl bobblehead without a championship ring? Of course FOCO added the shiny silver ring to the front of the base. Due to NFL restrictions as they wouldn’t approve the “peace” sign, FOCO was only allowed to do the one finger hold up.

The Phillies Lock Up JT Realmuto And FOCO Unlocks A New Exclusive Bobblehead

There was much speculation in Philly whether they would sign JT Realmuto to a contract, and after offering him 5 years for 115.5 million, they got their guy. Realmuto, 29, with a $23.1 million average annual value is the highest for a catcher in Major League Baseball history. JT continues to be one of the best all-around catchers in the majors, hitting .266 with 11 homers and 32 RBIs with the Phillies during the pandemic-shortened 2020 season. 

Today, our buddies at FOCO unleashed a brand new thematic bobblehead to celebrate the start of the MLB season as being one of the best catchers in the game. JT is in his catching stance ready to frame a 99mph fastball. The Phillies logo and JT’s name are front and center on the lower part of the front base. The feature that I love the most is Realmuto has all his catcher’s gear on which you don’t see a lot on FOCO bobbleheads so this aspect makes it special.
