Motivational Wednesday

You don’t build a business, you build people and those people build the business.

When you have started your brand and business, you need employees who you can trust. You treat the people who work for you like family. Soon after, they start to contribute more and more and sooner rather than later, your so called, “business” takes off and you have a very successful business and even happier employees.

Motivational Tuesday

Today is your day!

Tear shit up today. Work hard on your goals. Eat healthy, exercise for energy and get to work. The long road ahead is scary, but you’ll never get there if you don’t work at it. Don’t take anything for granted that you have and be fortunate enough that you’re alive and better yourself by busting your ass!

Bobble of the Day “Joe Morgan”

Bobble of the Day

Player: Joe Morgan

Team: Cincinnati Reds

Year: 2012

Manufacturer: Forever Collectibles

My only memories of Joe is when he used to broadcast Sunday Night baseball for ESPN. I personally never saw him play because I was to young, but from what is said, the guy was a stud.

This Cooperstown Hall of Fame plaque bobblehead is the shit. The red base stands out with the Reds logo and Joe’s number 8. His name on the front is white and blends in well wit the red backing of the base. The 2X championship trophies on each side of Joe add a lot of flavor to this one. Now, we have Joe just standing there like a boss holding his 2 MVP awards. I dig the old school stir ups with the all white socks. The Cooperstown HOF plaque that secures the back side of the bobble was a genius idea by FOCO.

Sniper Rating: All signs point to Joe Morgan as a quality guy but even a better ball player. He was part of the Pete Rose era on the Reds and the team was dominant for many years. Any Reds fan needs this in their collection as it’s not only a collectible item, it’s a piece of history.

Joe Morgan and his many accolades bobblehead scores a 9.0.

Motivational Monday

After work is what determines your future.

Many of us including myself have day jobs. Mostly all of us do. It’s what you do after hours when you get home that will determine your level of success. After dinner, are you going to watch House of Cards or watch a meaningless NBA game for 2 hours? You need to work after the kids go to bed and DVR that shit and watch it some time later. Get to work, put in the work and you’ll be surprised how promising your future will become!
