Bobble of the Day
Player: Ivan (Pudge) Rodriguez
Team: Florida Marlins
Year: 2003
Manufacturer: Forever Collectibles
I love Pudge. I think he’s been the best all around catcher that I’ve seen in my generation. His legs are the size of fucking tree trunks and he’s built like a brick shithouse. That’s why he was so durable for many years. I loved when the Marlins beat the Yankees to win the World Series in 03. A true underdog team with nothing to lose. What gets me on this bobble is the colors. The teal/aqua color adds pop to this one as well as the other players in the set that were made by FOCO. The World Series patch on the sleeve as well as the back base is cool as hell.
Sniper rating: Forever Collectibles did very well with this set of 2003 Marlins. The fact Pudge was on the team makes it better. The sturdiness of this bobble as well as the color combination makes this set a must have. Who knows when the Marlins will win a championship next so I value this bobble very highly. The box is detailed as well. This particular set is hard to obtain especially Juan Pierre so I’ll rate the set including the Josh Beckett MVP as a strong 8.0.
I am commenting in an attempt to win the free Tom Brady bobblehead.
However, with that being said. I am a die hard braves fan but aunt used to live in Miami so I went to tons of Marlins game that summer of 03. Became a big fan of that team and D-train. I have a championship memorabilia magazine of that team. I loved that whole squad. I currently only have a D-train bobblehead of that team but I want to get some of the championship ones like this. Especially Miggy but that one is extremely rare and expensive.

I love what you got going on. You’ve inspired me to purchase more. I just got Boggs, LBJ, Alfred Morris, Kobe, and Pippen in the mail today. I’ll have to stop for a couple months now lol.
