Work hard but don’t be afraid to take breaks. Give yourself room to recharge. 

I always stress ALWAYS working hard and doing work after hours blah, blah blah. You do have to recharge though. Spend time with family. Have a beer by a fire pit. Watch some baseball. The last thing you and I need is to be burned out. You don’t want that is it can set you back if you get sick and ill. Recharge, have some down time and be ready for you’re next challenge!
