What’s the point in spending your life doing something if your heart’s not in it?

What really is the point? I know often times after college we “fall” into a position to get our feet wet in a job just to make money. But over time, many people realize this is really not the job for them and they want to do something different. Well guess what, they NEVER branch out and go reach there goals! Christ, they probably don’t even have goals set for themselves! They stay in same dead end job and complain to the world that they hate their job and they want something better, but do NOTHING about it. Bottom line, is if your heart and desire is not in the work you do then don’t complain and more importantly, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! 

Success is for the brave. If you’re worried about your little feelings being hurt then settle for something mediocre. 

Success definitely won’t come easy Snipers. You have to put the hours in and kill each and every day. If you can’t accept failure and your deathly afraid of what other’s will say then your goals will be shattered. If you can’t handle what people may say then you’re better off crawling back into bed and calling it a day. Stay at your 9-5 job and crunch numbers by a computer and remain mediocre the rest of your life. If you want the luxuries in life like many vacations and not worrying about paying for dinner on any given night then the “game” is for you. Work your tail off and disregard any negativity that comes your way from other’s. Period.

Let’s Kill it. 

Wake the fuck up and start your week off knowing you’re going to destroy anything your heart desires. Put the work in. Hustle. Hustle hard. Do what needs to get done and stop complaining. Be a tough son of a bitch and make a difference in whatever it is you do. I don’t give two shits if you work in the mall, telemarketing, own a company, a student in high school or college, a janitor or a truck driver. Make it a point to work your ass off whether you like what you do or not. Improve on your weaknesses and make your life better for you and your family. Make someone proud. Go the extra mile and stay at work for an extra hour. IT WILL PAY OFF. It always does. It’s Monday morning and let’s crush it TOGETHER!

A little progress each day adds up to big results. 

You’re never going to make light year gains in a few days. Shit takes time. It takes a long time. Get better each and every day and results will come. You have to be patient. Nothing comes over night. Every day get better and just a little progress daily will pay off in the long run. Chip away day by day and YOU WILL see results. This can be a frustrating concept, but you have to dig deep and understand that nothing great happens over night. Get your hustle on and make little gains each day. 

Learn to say “no” without explaining yourself. 

No is one of the most powerful words ever invented….Yet, hardly anyone uses it. When you don’t want to do something or hangout with someone, a simple “no” is perfectly acceptable. It’s also powerful. It shows, you do not need to explain yourself and you will NOT be persuaded to go against what you truly want to do…Whether people like that answer or not, they will respect it and respect YOU for your straight forwardness. And remember…this is your life. You call the shots and only YOU decide if something has a place in your life. 

No matter how good your heart is, eventually you have to start treating people the way they treat you. 

Listen, I know a lot of times I advise everyone that when someone treats you like shit, and doesn’t give you the time of day, to back off and don’t ever speak to them again. But sometimes that’s hard. Sometimes there are situations in which you HAVE  to see these people on a regular basis. When this type of shit happens, and you have experienced a certain individual that’s treats you like crap and embarrasses you in front of others, you have no other options than to treat them the same way. You have to defend yourself. Why is it fair they can do it to you, but you can’t do it to them? Doesn’t make sense. Now I wouldn’t go ahead and risk your job or career but if they give you shit, feel free to give it back. Sooner or later the entire company will start to hate this person and you’ll be in the clear. DON’T be a human punching BAG. Give it right back to that fucker.
