Motivational Friday

A simple “Hi” can lead to a million things.

Instead of being crabby and pissed off, why not say hello to someone? It can’t hurt right? In an elevator, in the break room, in a store or walking down the street. You never ever know what it could lead to. It could be your future wife or a phenomenal business opportunity. You never know what a simple gesture of saying hello to someone can turn in to. Try it sometime and let me know how it goes!

Motivational Thursday

If 1 out of 15 of your ideas succeed, that’s better than 99% of your friends who never start a single idea.

The point here is to keep pushing hard each and every single day! Don’t listen to others bullshit and if your one who has many ideas and only 1 or a few work out good for you! It’s better than Peter or Glenn sitting at a bar getting sauced that have no determination. Stop worrying about other’s and pursue your ideas and turn them into gold!!!

Motivational Wednesday

Never discourage anyone who continually makes progress, no matter how slow.

Even if it’s a close friend or family member, progress is progress. If your making progress little by little, then your doing something right. It takes years and years to build a brand as it won’t happen over night. NEVER EVER criticize a person who makes little by little progress as the person who is doing the discouraging is probably a nobody. Period.

Motivational Tuesday

The cost of not following your heart, is spending the rest of your life wishing you had.

You don’t want to listen to your heart? Fine. Stay at your 9-5 job and take one vacation per year and live a mediocre life. On the other hand if you want to follow your heart and dreams, you will find the luxury to do more things and overall be a much happier person. Bottom line, is listen to your heart and if you don’t you’ll be extremely upset with yourself in your later years in life.

Motivational Monday

The most dangerous person is the one who listens, thinks and observes. Bruce Lee

Speak less and listen more. In previous motivational posts, I’ve stated that the loudest one in the room is the biggest joke. Don’t be that person. Think while other’s are speaking and observe their actions. You know who the loser is when they are talking. Listen more. Keep quiet and be ready to speak your mind when it’s your turn. Many, many people will respect you more when you speak and say the right thing as opposed to the annoying loudmouth that is full of garbage.

Motivational Friday

Know the person you want to be and then become them.

So many of us become inspired by movie characters and athletes we see on TV. But that type of inspiration never lasts. We want to become them, or be like them, and we try to do that, usually for a short amount of time. But then we give up and return to our old ways. Why is this? Because we do not study them in-depth and we tried to change everything overnight and not progressively. The right way to do it. Write down your favorite traits, habits and styles from the top 5 people who you admire. And then take the best from each of them and over time become a person of those habits. We all have the power of who we want to become and envision, but it requires hard work and discipline.
