Motivational Wednesday

People die for you to live free. Remember that.

Armed forces, Navy Seal you name it. They provide security for you and I. We can bitch and moan if we had a bad day or or we moan if our package from Amazon Prime has not arrived in time, but there’s soldiers in other countries fighting war for us to live. No matter how much we say that we respect and thank those people, a thank you is not enough most times. They chose to go into the line of battle and they fight hard for us. If it wasn’t for them, we wouldn’t live like we do in America. Be humble and grateful for what we have.

Motivational Tuesday

How do you think Miguel Cabrera became so good at hitting a baseball? He worked!

Simple as that guys. He worked and worked and worked. Countless hours in the cage. Countless hours studying film on ALL pitchers including relievers and not just starting pitchers. Why do you think he won the Triple Crown a few years ago? He worked. How is he so good at hitting to both sides of the field? He worked. Plain and simple. And if you want to become a master at your craft you MUST put in the work!

Motivational Friday

The hardest thing to do is work when you don’t feel like it.

By far the hardest thing to do. You’re tired, you’re hungry and want to sit on the couch, you’re hungover, you lost a loved one and you have NO motivational.

This is the difference between a successful person and a person that works when it’s convenient for them. It’s sooooo hard to get off your ass when you are tired and just burnt out. It’s so hard after eating a meal to go to the office and get to work. I struggle with this here and there but you need to keep in the back of your mind that pushing through all the difficult times will only lead to more accomplishments.

Motivational Thursday

Tell me one thing you can become better at.

I can tell all my followers that I need to become better at managing my time. I will NOT use the excuse that I have 2 kids, a wife and this and that. I need to better manage the time I spend on family, chores, work and the business. Sometimes shit gets out of hand and I often get scattered. I’m getting better at it but there’s so much to do and time is limited.

What’s one thing you can become better at?

Motivational Wednesday

There’s always someone who will have more than you. There’s always someone who is praying for what you have right now.

Be humble guys. Be grateful and enjoy your life. Being in the middle is perfectly fine. Always keep grinding for a better tomorrow. I can honestly say that it’s a far, far reach to become the next Zucks, or Bill Gates or Warren Buffett. Be humble and work for what you want and keep in the back of your mind that people would literally beg for what you currently have.

Motivational Tuesday

The right thing is always the right thing.

No matter what you do, do the right thing. If that means going the extra mile to make a customer happy, or not cutting corners, doing the right thing will lead to good qualities that you can grow upon. One customer lost is one to many. For example, if you ship an item and the customer isn’t happy and wants a refund, give them a reason to come back to you. I had a bobblehead I shipped out a few weeks ago that arrived broken(mail carrier) and the customer wanted to send it back for a refund. They shipped it back, I issued a refund and then I shipped another one on me. They ended up paying nothing for it. A week later the same customer bought another bobblehead and was satisfied and I know they will be a returning customer.

Always do the right thing if when you know you might be not at fault.
