It takes a long time to build a reputation and a second to ruin it.
Everyone loves to be well liked, whether you admit it or not. Reputation is everything in this world and goes beyond being a good person. For example, I have worked very hard to make everyone’s experience when buying one of my bobbleheads fucking awesome. I feel I am very generous and provide excellent customer support. I’m willing to work with customers to get them the best price on an item and to ship it with the utmost care. I hand out free giveaways monthly and provide an outlet to people through this website. I’m a fair person and work very hard to represent my business. I RARELY have any complaints and my most important aspect of my business is to provide VALUE. I also know I have built a strong reputation in the bobblehead community. I will never jeopardize losing a friend or customer after the reputation I’ve built for myself. It’s way to important to me.
The hours and time you’ve put in to whatever it is you do can be ruined in the snap of a finger. Don’t let a silly mistake ruin your reputation from others. They’ll never come back and the end result is you will fail. Let this be a lesson as to work hard every day and strive to help others. Reputation is EVERYTHING and CANNOT be gained all over again.
