Learn to say “no” without explaining yourself.
No is one of the most powerful words ever invented….Yet, hardly anyone uses it. When you don’t want to do something or hangout with someone, a simple “no” is perfectly acceptable. It’s also powerful. It shows, you do not need to explain yourself and you will NOT be persuaded to go against what you truly want to do…Whether people like that answer or not, they will respect it and respect YOU for your straight forwardness.
